All Saints Organ Appeal Sponsor a Pipe The Grade One listed organ at All Saints is in much need of an overhaul after its previous one over 25 years ago. Its 610 pipes need to be removed, thoroughly cleaned and checked, and other repairs carried out.
However, as you can imagine, organs are expensive instruments to maintain, and this is no exception. We have already managed to cover some of the cost, but need to raise a further £37,500, which we hope to achieve through grants, musical events and the Sponsor a Pipe scheme as well as general donations.
The All Saints' organ plays a huge part in the musical life of our community in Botley, not just enhancing worship at weekly Sunday services, but providing music for weddings, funerals, baptisms and concerts, so by donating towards an organ pipe you would be helping to keep it sounding at its best for the next 25-30 years. However, we need your help to ensure it continues to sound its best for the next 25-30 years.
You can choose from the following options to sponsor an organ pipe:
Individual pipes
Small (up to 1ft) £25 each
Medium (1-4ft) £50 each
Large (4-8ft) £75 each
Decorated display pipes £100 each
Groups of pipes
Pedal pipes £500 per pedal
Entire organ stop £1,000 per stop
